By using VidCreatr4U, operated by Ocean View Media, LLC, you agree to the following terms. These terms govern your access to and use of our services, including any content, functionality, and tools provided through our platform.

1. User Accounts

• You must provide accurate and complete information when requesting an account.
• Account access is granted using a key issued by our staff. You are responsible for keeping that key confidential.

2. Credits & Purchases

• VidCreatr4U operates on a credit system. Credits are purchased directly and do not expire.
• Credits are consumed when a project is created and restored if a project is deleted prior to production.
• All payments are processed securely through PayPal.

3. Refund Policy

• Refunds are issued in accordance with applicable law. Contact support to request a refund review.

4. Content You Provide

• You are responsible for the accuracy and rights to any text, images, or logos you submit for video production.
• You retain ownership of your business content. We use it solely to produce the video pages you request.

5. Limitation of Liability

• We are not liable for any damages resulting from the use or inability to use our services.

Acceptable use policy

To ensure a safe and reliable platform, the following actions are strictly prohibited:

• Sending spam or unsolicited messages through the platform.
• Attempting to hack, disrupt, or compromise system integrity.
• Submitting content that is unlawful, offensive, or infringes on third-party rights.
• Using bots or automation to artificially manipulate credits, metrics, or platform results.
