I scanned 28 dentists in Miami. Six were invisible to AI.

I built a tool to find businesses like the one I wrote about last week — ones that are real, operating, and reviewed well, but have nothing for an AI assistant to cite. I pointed it at dental practices in Miami, Florida, just to see what it would find.

Twenty-eight practices, six with a verified contact email and absolutely nothing structured for an AI to find. Coral Gables Dentistry. Hialeah Dental Care. Sunny Isles Dental. Key Biscayne Dentistry. Virginia Gardens Dental. Opa Locka Dental Center. Six real businesses, a few miles apart from each other, sitting in a blind spot that costs them every time someone asks an AI assistant where to go instead of typing a search query.

I don't think any of those six are doing anything wrong. They're just running a dental practice, not optimizing for a search behavior that didn't really exist a couple of years ago. That's the entire reason I built this — not because these businesses are behind, but because nobody told them the rules changed.
